Benchmarking Service

vegetablesWA are now providing an annual vegetable benchmarking service to all growers as a free service, it is being funded by Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) Grower Group Grant and Hort Innovation using the vegetable research & development levy funds.

Benchmarking is the anonymous comparison of key business measures against other vegetable growers in your region and WA; and is simple way to manage your business more effectively and find improvements to be made.

By participating in the benchmarking service, you will receive an individual report that is hand delivered by the benchmarking team. It will clearly and quickly point out where you can make improvements in your business to increase your return on capital, reduce operating expenses and even how you can free up more time to spend with the family.

Participation in benchmarking is straightforward – book in a time slot and we’ll come to you to gather the key information needed to get involved. Then once we’ve analysed the data and drawn up your individual report, we’ll organise a time to come back to you to help you understand how to convert the findings into tangible actions you can make happen.

All information that you provide will be held in the strictest confidence and securely stored. Also in the final report you will only ever see your own results; you will not see anyone else’s nor yours by them.

If you want to get started making your business run more efficiently straightaway then contact Bryn, Bryn Edwards Website Pic email: or call on his mobile: 0417 409 821.
